Advises clients on various aspects of taxation, including a full-scale due diligence of companies and their assets, analyzes contracts for tax and currency risks when conducting local and international transactions, including the current sanctions regulation specifics.

She accompanies transactions with real estate and capital, carries out structuring of beneficiaries' relationships, settles corporate disputes. Nadezhda's favourite field of expertise is the development of optimal personal and corporate holding structures and management of the owner's asset portfolio.

Arina manages corporate practice and advises companies on a wide range of legal issues arising in the course of business activities. In particular, she counsels on the issues of intellectual property protection and intangible assets management, protection of information, personal data regulation.

She participates as a Legal partner in numerous projects, has a unique experience in legal support of transactions with large assets, including corporate actions and registration of rights to real estate.

Arina carries out communication with the first persons, has experience in organising and controlling the work of the Family office.
